One more keen thing that surprises me is though the company is too big, it still has that young mindset in achieving its targets. That fresh enthusiasm care not attitude is what sets it apart from other companies.
A brand is as good as how it serves its early customers, with almost 162 years of legacy I am impressed how the early business's venture is given equal importance, as my granny of 75 years blurts out ABG's products so as the young kids of this generations. Keeping roots well-nourished is such a good inspiring message by ABG not by words but by action over time
O mighty ABG you serve us in getting our groceries, you help us with all sorts of clothes from office wear to wedding wear. When I am dressed and got my groceries you give me Birla cement to construct my house, aluminium to use in construction, if I am short of cash in hand you have given me BHIM pay to pay everything online. With your help we send our next generation to best graduation school in India. Your service to my forefathers, me and next generations is priceless. Keep growing the way you are and household brand of every door in the world
PART B
Rebuilding Myself
Story that may be common to many of us but very special to me in terms of how it moulded me from being immature to mature human being. After preparing with lots of dedication, hardwork and lot of dreams after 12th class, I entered NIT Warangal with mechanical engineering. Like everyone I explored my likes and dislikes with tons and tons of enthusiasm from things related to mechanical to other extracurricular, as I reached my final year it was very hard for me to get placed. To crack interviews at the same time, manage my academics and other college responsibilities, it was hectic, later I taught myself how to prioritize. I got placed in automobile firm and tried hands on it but soon I realize I am not following my dream then I immediately resigned knowing that after this I won’t take money from my parents and with no job in hand, I stayed in one of friends house on rental bases for 3 months, looking to find myself in this life and a time came when I was not left with any money in my pocket. Only thing which was visible to me was I am meant to manage people, So MBA would give me initial kick start to explore this new area, but as I said due to lack of money I joined other company where I learnt lot of things which I enjoyed but lacked personal time and learning kind of became stunted, I left that job with an aim to pursue MBA. After leaving my job I needed to put immense hardwork to get back into study mode, prepare for interviews, Group discussion and joined one of my dream colleges against all odds. It was tough for me as only few people stood by my side in my journey. Accepting my shortcomings and working on improving myself has changed my life forever.
