I have heard many saying that job experience makes a lot of difference in interview. Is it true??

Job experience doesn't make an interview good or bad. The only possible thing is that your interview may be completely based on experience related questions. Again, if you prepare well, speak confidently and remain honest, there won't be a problem being a fresher or experienced.

When he talked of watching/reading about toppers and the bewilderment that follows it...i felt that ..so true..its so hard to comprehend at this stage in my preparation..but gonna keep pushing

That's all you need, the preparation is a long process. There will be a time when you'll feel like quitting and that will be your real test. Everyone needs to be motivated to stay in the competition.
