5. Excel Tips and Tricks - How to Automatically Download Index Data from NSE - Part One
The real reason behind investment banking's insanely long hours is actually a dirty secret. Outwardly, most see it as a sort of machismo to be exuded by the banking community so that they can continue to enjoy their pre-eminent status over the rest of humanity. Given that a major chunk of work (for analysts and junior bankers) revolves around collecting data, analyzing and reporting on it, it is quite astonishing that they haven't built any tools to simplify these processes. But if you know Excel, and how to use it effectively, you can build these tools yourself. Or at least learn from Shyam Sunder Ramakrishnan's experiences!
6. How I Cracked CAT 2019 In 3 Months With Self Preparation | Siddhant Jain, 99.44 Percentile
"CAT is quite a different competitive exam that tests your verbal and mathematical aptitude. I decided to appear for CAT 2019 in May end just before my two-month technical internship was about to begin. I skimmed through the syllabus and past year papers and realized that classroom coaching may not be fruitful much in my preparation and secondly managing it along with internship would be quite tough. I enrolled for AIMCAT in early June and just gave 4-5 mocks during my internship tenure."

7. Fair Warning To IIM Aspirants From An IIM Alumnus
"Firstly, I salute InsideIIM’s mission to educate the aspiring millions who are investing their millions, looking to enter the hallowed portals, about the ground realities. As someone who has had the chance to view 3 full-fledged placement processes up close and received feedback from such processes in other IIMs, I wish to do my part in this meaningful endeavour. If you are among the select few looking to study in an IIM purely for the love for learning, quit reading now (but if you love learning, why would you quit reading the article now?). Else, if you belong to the dark side, looking for a fatter pay check, continue reading. Though I am from IIM Lucknow, the points I make would apply, for the most part, to other top Indian business schools too."

"My first attempt was CAT 2017, I thought I would ace it but I could never actually attended classes or even take mocks because of my hectic extra-curricular schedule. I attempted 3 mocks in the 15-day study break of my Semester 5 examinations, scored some 95%ile and thought I will ace the CAT. I just revised QA formula one day prior to CAT and took it anyway. Being a studious person, I never had the habit of leaving anything for option or not attempting any question. And yes, I got stuck in one DILR set which just ruined my entire CAT. As this was my first failure in life, it took me 2.5 months to recover, but in May 2018 I thought of preparing for CAT again."
