The best thing about this campus is that it makes you feel at home in such a beautiful way that you won't even notice how easily you fall in love with the place. The schedule we have is so rigorous and yet we learn to enjoy the sleep deprived lives. The college and every event of it is
handled by the students only and this is the thing about SIBM that it actually imparts the managerial skills in the students right from the beginning. I'd sum it all in few lines as:
"One Saturday I was there missing my family, the next Saturday I found one here. In between all those early morning classes and late night tea talks there lies a place to find peace and the friends who became home. Enough time to discover the photographer in you and capturing indefinite amount of memories. Somehow in a month only I met the constants to deal with all the variables these two years will be throwing and I call them the mad #tuckrofiers, the crazy bunch of people called friends."
Which ABG company I'd like to work with:
I would love to work with Idea cellular. It has been in news since long that Idea and Vodafone will merge by 2019 which in itself will be the largest merger in the Indian telecom industry. The new opportunities bring with them the new set of challenges as well. And I believe one of the major challenges will be to manage the workforce, eliminating redundant roles, creating new roles, policy development and everything that comes under the umbrella of Human resource management. Being an HR student, I'd any day prefer to work in such a place that will make me challenge my own learning and knowledge and no place can be better than this.
