Can you state some topics which are important from the WAT point of view? Also, can you please tell the exact questions asked from you (as per what you can recall)?

Current affairs and general knowledge topics are important. MY IIMB WAT topic was something about how to improve job creation in India (don't remember it precisely). I used data from the Economic Survey of India that had come out a bit earlier and from India's rankings in Ease of Doing Business and Ease of Starting a Business. So basically, strong prep in Current Affairs and GK should ensure that you are prepared for any possible topic. I will try to pen down my interview experiences at the earliest possible. Good luck!

What is the right time to start preparing for CAT 2021 for an average student. And can you tell me the best online platforms to keep updated with the general knowledge and current affairs.

Sorry, as mentioned, since I didn't prepare as such, I can't help with CAT prep. GK and current affairs, reading a few newspapers should be enough. I've mentioned the ones I used in this article.
