For IIM Shillong interview happened online on Zoom due to Covid.

There were 2 Professors, 1 Male, and 1 Female.

First Male Professor asked questions and after that Female professor asked questions.

Questions asked by Male Professor:

1. Tell me something special about your college.

2. What exactly is your job profile and scope of work?

3. How the product your company makes is different from its competitors?

4. Question on Space X Robotics development ( I clearly said I am not aware of the development then he said OK and moved to the next question)

5. In IIM Shillong if you got selected in which subjects you can give more input and have a healthy discussion?

Questions asked by Female Professor:-

1. How much is the corona impact on your industry and how your industry is going to cope?

2. What kind of new technology and innovation you see will rise because of this disruption by Corona?

3. Questions about family and hobbies.

4. Question on Weakness.

5. How annual job performance review is done in your company?

My take on the interview: It was not stressed. They were checking my knowledge of what I do and what exactly is happening in the industry in general. Overall it was a good experience.

Any Advice For Upcoming Aspirants?

My advice to those who are and will be preparing for the interviews is to get in touch with people whose interview has already happened; that will give you an idea. In my case, the questions like the impact of Covid on industry and annual job review were asked to many people earlier, so I was already prepared for that when similar questions were asked to me and that I believe had given me an edge.
