As a working-class person, it was always difficult for me to make time for shopping different basic daily essentials from different shops, but ABG’s retail wing More Supermarket in proximity from my home, made my one stop destination for all my essential products right from fresh fruits and vegetables, to groceries, and also bakery and frozen items. ABG’s own food brand Feaster with its wide range of food products in most affordable prices made most of my cart. Having rolled with discounts on every product made me and every person to Shop More and Save More, which is there appt tagline.
“An Idea can change your life” truly said and reflects what ABG doing with its social development programs changing lives of millions of people in India as well as in many other countries.
Part B:
“You have to dream before dreams comes true” great words said by people’s president A.P.J Abdul Kalam. I feel this is the apt sentence to describe how I grew up. Born to a middle-class family of ordinary educational background, I had responsibilities over me to be successful at academics and become economically independent. But these responsibilities never stopped me to dream for my higher studies in premier B-schools and making it to high ranks in profession. To up hold these responsibilities and to prove myself I had to joined in an IT Service based company right after my B.E. But I never stopped working towards my goal to get into top B-schools for pursuing my MBA, I knew that my path was not flowery garden to walk upon easily but my determination was stronger than my pain. Many of my colleagues, friends, relatives and even my family pressed me to continue my current work and drop the plans of higher studies as they though my career has all ready in right path. After not been shortlisted for any of the top B-school in my first attempt in CAT, it was very difficult for me to convince them and prove that I am capable enough to achieve my goal. It was most challenging situation for me to handle my job and my preparations for CAT it was the only last opportunity I had. I put in my best to work for my goals without compromising on my job. All the hard work never goes in vain, we need to believe, believe in our abilities and work towards our goal and this is how I converted my dream of getting into top B-school into reality. Now I am at IIM Nagpur, living in my dream.
