I would like to work for Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited. Currently the retail industry is one of the fastest growing industries in India. The complex and challenging environment in the Retail Industry and Aditya Birla Group in particular will help me develop my business skills, problem-solving skills and enhance my interpersonal skills. The rigorous environment is similar to that at IIFT.
IIFT (before and after joining) has taught me that life is a rollercoaster ride. There are ups and downs, and life is constantly changing all the time. But the most important thing is to enjoy this rollercoaster ride of life.
