Too many aspirants find themselves struggling to answer this one common question when it comes to their careers. “Is it too late for me to do an MBA now?”

And answering this becomes even more complex post 5 years of work experience. Here we have some students from Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai answering that question for you.

We met with three students from the 2023 PGPM Cohort at Great Lakes, Chennai - Shireen Chaudhary, Puja Chanchlani, and Raj Mehta, all from diverse education and work backgrounds, but with one thing in common, a pre-MBA work experience of over 5 years.

We tried to know from them, the logic which they followed to arrive at the decision of pursuing a full-time MBA, and why they felt that the program they are currently a part of, made sense for them to join, to advance their careers.
