Having said all this, ABG has had a lasting impression in my life. Starting from my childhood, opening my tiffin and eating parathas/Roti’s made by my mom wrapped in Freshwrapp foil which always kept them fresh and warm, and then making the foil into a ball and playing in classroom during the breaks, stills fills my heart with nostalgia. And even the witty ads of the various products of the ABG group, take for example Idea “What an Idea SirJiii”, Ultra tech cements “The Engineer’s Choice” and a lot more. Belonging from a Tier-2 city, all our clothes for various festivals were bought from Pantaloons. The second largest Telecom operator “Vodafone” has always kept me in touch with my family and friends.
There are numerous ways in which ABG has touched our lives, either directly or indirectly in such a way that it has made our lives way better and smoother, Thank You ABG for being present in our lives and thanks for making it way better. Thanks!
Part B: “Change begins at the end of your comfort zone”- Roy T. Bennette
Challenges? Is there anyone who hasn’t faced a challenge in his/her life? Life is always full of ups and downs, even a straight line in an ECG means you are dead. Challenges helps us learn what we lack, what our weakness are and how can we work on them so that we are able to overcome those and helps us to become a better person and in turn help us lead a better life.
Most of us during our graduation days, must have thought of a single question,” Now what”, what should I do? A job or a post-graduation. I was no different, I was confused what to do, which path should I take so that I get all the success that I dream of. Like everyone else I consulted some of my peers and seniors, most of them told that it would be better if I joined a B- school with some work experience, rather than joining as a fresher. I took into consideration a lot of factors and as well as the advice that I received and finally decided to join a job.
Once my job started, I took its own pace in no time. I was completely occupied in my work schedule, working for extra hours so that I could deliver my work and meet the expectations of my clients. I had no idea, how time used to pass by in my work place. This continued for almost 2 years, when suddenly I realised that I had forgot to live my own life. Life had become monotonous, such that I had forgot my own dreams and ambitions, and I realised that it was high time now that I start working on it. Then I decided to focus on my MBA, and maintaining balance between work and studies became very hectic for me, I had my classes schedule at 6 to 9 am and had to be in office by 10 am, still I managed somehow to pull this off and score well in my CAT exam. Now I have started studying Human resource management at Xavier University and I am extremely delighted about the same. And this is just the beginning I have a lot to take from my peers, seniors and my faculties. I believe that Every person teaches you something in life and everyone is special. You always keep learning. I am sure I will face a lot of challenges in my coming years even, but wait what’s the fun if there are no challenges in your life, that’s the way our lives will go on.
