MDI’s Alumni Committee organizes an Annual Alumni Meet - “NAM” at MDI and also regional alumni meets, RAM, in different metros in the country. Informal coffee meetings known as Guftagu are also planned in National and International locations. Another Alcom initiative is MDI Chronicles, an annual newsletter which is sent to alumni and it covers major events on campus, and celebrates the achievements of the alumni in their respective fields.
Corporate and Marketing Communication Committee
The Corporate and Marketing Communication Committee (CorpCom, in short) of Management Development Institute, Gurgaon is entrusted with information dissemination and communication across various channels and stakeholders, including the press and media, corporates, aspirants and the MDI community including alumni and current students. CorpCom serves as a mouthpiece for all things at MDI, from event coverage to admissions facilitation; the committee encompasses a wide range of functions.
Key functions of the committee include liaising with press and media, handling admission processes for incoming batches and end to end management of all social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube along with other informational platforms like Quora, InsideIIM, Pagalguy etc.
The committee works and coordinates with every other club, committee and student interest group in the institute to ensure the integrity and brand image of MDI is upheld in every possible way.
International Relations Committee
The International Relations Committee is the student arm of the International Relations Office that supports and coordinates all international activities of MDI. IRC takes up activities such as the Buddy Programme, which allocates Indian students to international students on exchange to MDI and ensures that they have a smooth transition. They also host cultural nights and plan trips to ensure that guests have the best Indian experience.
The committee is responsible for facilitating the Student Exchange Process for incoming students to ensure their smooth transition and for outgoing students by coordinating with the International Relations Office.

Sports Committee
The Sports Committee at MDI Gurgaon provides opportunities for students of MDI to play, practice and participate in various sports events within and outside the B-school. Their aim is to bring out the passion and foster a sense of team spirit, and competitiveness in the students of MDI. They organise various tournaments throughout the year, ranging across all indoor to outdoor sports that send adrenaline rushing through the aspiring leaders of tomorrow. The events not only help reveal new talent on the campus but also inculcate the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork and hard-work in the students.
SportsCom organizes various tournaments like King of Kings (KoK), Mandevian Premier League (MPL), King of North (KoN), SKPS (Sir Kanwar Preet Singh) Football tournament, Football Premier League (FPL), Clash of Titans (CoT), Runbhoomi along with many events at Imperium.
Web Committee
Web Committee is in charge of seamlessly integrating technology into the life of all the MDI students. The committee works through several ways like managing the MDI E-mails, the MDI portal and Alumni E-mail network. The committee also takes care of the Academic Repository (VidyaSagar), Remote access to Library resources and Internet access within the campus. Web Committee organizes Gaming Nights, Movies, TV shows and Sports screenings to keep students up and running in spite of the pressures of the rigorous MBA life.
Web Committee is also responsible for conducting eSports and other events during the KON (Inter College sports tournament) and Imperium (Inter College Sports and Cultural Festival).
Hostel and Mess Committee
Hostel and Mess Committee (or HnM) keeps track of every issue related to Hostel Infrastructure and Mess while being in touch with various stakeholders involved.
The major responsibilities of this committee include facilitating all mess and infrastructure needs of the students of MDI, acting as a bridge between the hostel office and the students and help make the processes more efficient and reaching out to other colleges/organizations for accommodation of students in summers and receive accommodation requests on behalf of MDI. HnM also conducts various fun events during MDI's flagship fest, Imperium.
