One more thing that is great about ABG is that they are successful in empowering leaders of tomorrow by creating great platforms like BITS Institutes and also various leadership programs and educational institute which brings out the best amongst the people and create leaders for tomorrow.

Now coming to my experience after I got admission into the premier institute of Government College of Engineering Amravati, I experienced a sense of lagging and an inferiority complex in speaking to People, carrying debates and discussions. I felt that without these interpersonal skills, I will surely be lagging in competitive World. So I took an Initiative and formed a group of 12 friends and we used to spend time on Group Discussions, Brainstorming and Debates in a professional manner after our College hours. That really helped the whole group in improving the communication skills and developing our personality. Not only that, this activity also gave us friends for life and significantly transformed our personalities. I learnt from my situation that instead of crying over spilt milk, complaining about system and blaming others, we must take Initiatives in life to change the status quo.
