The second booster came while I was doing my job. For the initial few months, I thought of myself reconciling with the job role but then something personal jolted this belief. It led to a transformation in my career vision. After thorough research, I finally chose my subject of interest and the career I wish to pursue. The episode taught me how to plan, strategize, and execute plans, in order to achieve the desired output.

Finally, the challenges I have faced in life has contributed in making the person I am today. I wish for more learnings in life ahead.  

Why Aditya Birla Group is big in your life?

Back in 1857, while much of India was grappling with issues of poverty, a foundation for a dream was laid that was going to play a pivotal role for the nation in the future. Today, the group is mentioned as Aditya Birla Group.  

Aditya Birla Group is distinctive from any other company or firm because of the kind of value it has provided to its stakeholders. The most important of those stakeholders are the customers.

Customers have a lot to relate with the brand. From the clothes we wear to the calls we make, from the cables and wires we buy to the packing foil we use, from the food we eat to the financial services we consume, and many such numerous examples, we can find the brand of Aditya Birla Group behind it. The products not only fulfil our requirements and expectations, but also enhance the trust we have in the brand.

In my childhood, I used to spend my vacations in Renukoot (Uttar Pradesh) with my aunt and uncle. My uncle was a doctor in the Hindalco Hospital. Most of the memories we had with family have faded, but what has remained is the essence of life, the Hindalco township had. It was an amazing experience to be part of the peaceful society where people from all over the country lived like a single family. This experience states a lot about the brand and its positive philosophy.

Lastly, the Aditya Birla Group has been setting a benchmark for the corporates around the world with respect to the value it has created for its stakeholders. This kind of commitment and accountability by the group keeps the society’s belief intact in the brand.
