ADITYA BIRLA GROUP- A line connecting dots of life #IIMTRICHY

Life is a mixture of success and failure. My life journey to date is no exception to this. It all started after my 10th results were out and then had to take one of the major decisions in life. I was a child then who did not want to follow the orthodox procedure of the society and have a different dream altogether. I wanted to stand out different from the crowd, spread my wings, travel the world, lead and inspire people but as it is for most of the kids in India even, I did not get to choose and I have to choose Engineering. After working hard for 2 years and then dropping one more year to prepare to get into a premier institute I have got into MNIT Jaipur have struggled all 4 years to cope up with the things that have no interest to me. Things started turning bad at the end of the 3rd year. Grades have not been good, the future looked uncertain, pressure building up from all possible directions. I was just clueless about where I have been heading in my life. I felt there is no one to share my pain, felt lonely and cried many nights all alone in a room. As they all say, nothing is permanent my troubles and depressions too. It all started with a change in mindset. I started playing cricket, the sport I love and left it on school days. It instilled me the confidence of doing something that I am good at. Then I have decided to try other verticals as a profession. Being good at Mathematics from the Childhood I have got a job as a Business Analyst. I felt things started to fall in place. Then there is no turning back from then. I then started to fulfill my dream of traveling and photography. I have traveled to almost 35 cities in India and 3 countries in the last 3 years. I got into an IIM Trichy to complete the passion of being a leader. At the end of the day, I realized it is only self-belief and confidence that is needed to achieve anything in life.
