Governed by Mr Kumar Mangalam Birla, ABG has been instrumental in creating a pool of talented workforce with innovation at its core. We can see their support for Nationality in the form of scholarship opportunities that they offer for talented student in India and abroad in the form of Aditya Birla Scholarships.
I am personally moved by the substantial contribution they do for the people in the form of Charitable hospitals run by them across the countries serving villagers. It indeed shows a healthy eco-system where the grass roots are always realised and breakthrough innovation in Healthcare background is performed by the Industrialist of the nation. ABG is no less than Bill and Mellinda Gates Foundation in the domain of improving GDP of a nation through its backbone, the people. Besides this, I always envision my country building strong in terms of the monetary power it enables in the hand of the people. ABG has done a lot in this regards, providing easy and affordable loan and insurance in Housing finance and Healthcare segment. I guess, days are not so long when right to affordable living be exercised by the people of the country.
To be precise, we can say that tagging ABG in one particular segment is not justifiable at all, considering the amount of variety, quality, sustainability they have provided in every sphere of life either by strongly winning customers confidence, or by generating resources for the nation which can be seen in the trust that they have build in the stakeholders.
How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far?
Being Challenged in Life is inevitable, being defeated is optional. Achieving success in life was not a cake walk for me, instead it was a roller coster ride. Being not from a Metropolitan city, one of the foremost challenges that I faced while pursuing my Under graduation was breaking ice and being social with the people who were outside my comfort zone. People were demographically different with different thought perspectives. Assimilating everyone and bringing it into the same page was a tough task for me. But, I had always been instrumental in driving my dream, this had given me a chance to come closer to my dream of pursuing MBA, where networking is the heart and you have to work on the cogs for the wheel to run. I decided to work upon my weakness. I particpated in various competitions in college and also co-founded a graphic designing startup during the second year of my college .It was a though task to make it grow without any funding and help.We faced a lot of challenges to make it reach people. We were a group of four all from different colleges. We grabbed a lot of projects and delivered the best we could to the clients.Though we could not take it forward due to lot of reasons. The whole experience gave me a fresh perspective on life, and made me familiar with many faces, having similar aspirations and zeal to make things happen.I learned that sometimes the challenges give you a whole new perspective in life.I emerged out as a more confident person. I moved closer toward pursuing my goal of MBA. The preparation was indeed challenging coping simultaneously with Corporate life. It was a make or break situation where I thought of giving up my Corporate life once. Then I realized, a manager should be good with Multi-tasking, after all, he will be handling someday a company. This made me miniscule in comparison to the challenges they face. I gave another try, considered my weakness, and worked on it day in and day out.
Finally, I see myself as a soon to be MBA, where my past experience had played a considerable role in making me an all round person. So, I will suggest everyone that whatever be the circumstances, do not break, because who knows success can be your next door neighbour.
