Challenges are never meant to stop us from achieving our goal, but the lessons learned by overcoming the challenges help in discovering our truer selves, finding our strengths, and overcome our weaknesses. The biggest challenge I have faced was when I joined my engineering college. I have studied in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya which is a residential school from 6th class till 12th class, I have never seen the outside world, the people from my school was my family, the idea of finding my place and finding a voice of my own was terrifying. Then I remembered the words from father that not to be afraid of anything and to overcome that fear by being brave. These words inspired me a lot and motivated me to get myself up when I fall. I found the courage and found a new family in the college and experienced an excellent chapter in my life. Being brave doesn’t mean that we don’t get afraid; it means that we shouldn’t let that fear to let us down from overcoming the challenge.

 Many challenges come to us in all stages of our life, but it is our job to pull ourselves up and be positive and face every obstacle with courage and never giving up. I am eagerly waiting for the challenges that I face in my MBA chapter here in IIM Visakhapatnam and make it a memorable one by shaping my career and be a better version of myself.
