Obviously, who doesn’t face challenges, one must continuously face challenges, otherwise our growth becomes stagnant, failures are part and parcel of life. Like everyone else I have  also faced tons of challenges and failures . Everything seems impossible till it’s done , now when I applied for media committee of our college for the vertical events, I dint get through the interview even after having a good amount of experience in the field, even after having enough passion , I couldn’t explain them rather convince them about it . I took the feedback , interviewers said I was nervous ,impromptu answers were not at all convincing and were restricted . Now my challenge was to open up a bit and think practically for situation based questions, little nervousness is always fine but it should not show up on my face. I gave it another shot by applying for TEDXBocconiUMumbai as an event curator , I tried to read as much as I can ,talked to seniors managing the position earlier to know the intricacies of the event so that I have a practical approach to each and every question asked . I finally gave the interview tried to give my best shot and hurray I got through .Thus at various stages of my life I have realized that the power of five values Integrity, Commitment, Passion, Seamlessness and speed is incredible , like ABG one should possess them all for success and for growth.
