Yesterday I dared to struggle. Today I dare to win. — Bernadette Devlin
Struggle is an unavoidable part in our lives. Nothing ever comes easy, when we are putting in our efforts towards building our dream. Difficulties and hardship will be our constant companion.
Whenever I think of challenges in my life, I can think only of my journey to the B-School. People tend to believe that to achieve big, you need to be from a big city which would help you in getting access to all the resources. But my story is a bit different. After completing my Engineering, I started working for a manufacturing company and the location of the posting was in a rural place in Madhya Pradesh, known as Kymore. The place was not conducive enough to get a mentoring or support from any of the institute for the prestigious Common Admission Test as the nearest Centre was around 120kms from that place. The place was so interior that it was not possible for me to get a copy of English Newspaper daily. But there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. I didn’t quit. I didn’t look back. Just like ABG, I started moving ahead with a great confidence. Finally my persistence and determination helped me in getting into one of the most coveted B-Schools of the country, XIMB.
