                                   Telling my own experience ,I remember about after completing engineering i did not know what to do next and since i did not get job then i was thinking about doing something in different field . To make such a decision was difficult for me because at that time i was not in right state of mind, negative emotions like fear of failure, uncertainty were surrounded me. After some time through self examination and with support from family I decided to do MBA and I was somewhat relieved that i made a decision because i always have been very over thinking person who does not like to been attached to one thing. For many people making a career decision is not a challenge but for me it was and i think i somehow overcome that but i am still figuring out what other things in life i should give importance and how i overcome the next challenges in my life. Apart from career i could not make a balance between professional and personal life. I have always been very closed my family and sometimes problems in personal life distracted me from stay focused on career. In that regard also i think i make an improvement to how we balance our personal and professional life. I was also a very lazy person and used to do things on last moment. In 4 years of Engineering i could not understand the importance of time but in one month at IIM Nagpur, living with some of the brightest and hard working students i started to improve in Time management .Finally when i think about past i sometimes wonder how i would have done something different or how i would not have make some of mistakes, but to learn from them is important and to always try to overcome any challenges regardless of what happens.
