Without challenges, life would be devoid of its flavors and essence. The sun may shine harder at times, but its penetrating warmth is required for the saplings that grow under large trees in the dense forest. Similarly, stressful situations and tough challenges are much needed in life to steer the mast of the ship to sail in the right direction. They make us take a leap of faith and climb the summit of success. We all must have faced challenges in life, small or big, and must have encountered them courageously or faltered at it. But whatever may have been the result the learning from them gets imbibed and stored in us forever. People learn a lot from experiences, and so does the organizations. A big group like Aditya Birla has indeed become one of the best conglomerates after facing the multitude of challenges and then overcoming them to spread its wings into almost every business domains. Aditya Birla Group (ABG) is one that touches every aspect of human lives. From fashion and clothes to cement and metals and financial services. ABG has made sure to create an impact in the lives of every human in one or the other way. Whenever we talk of fashion ABG brands are the ones that come first in mind. Who can forget the wonderful Pantaloons Advertisement on "Own every moment of change, Style your change." Pantaloons is an integral part of my life and favorite shopping destination. Today Pantaloons has emerged as the most famous and affordable fashion brand with latest and chic collections for youth. The story of Pantaloons in itself is terrific and a tale of overcoming challenges. The fashion retail was owned by Future group, but ABG captured it, revived and made it the best fashion brand in the country. The "Sujoy Da and Puchki" advertisement has been one of the most viewed on social platforms.
It is really interesting to see how we all need to search opportunities among challenges and grow ourselves to a greater height. The sun in the ABG's logo is aptly designed to show how it keeps emerging into different markets and spread its light vividly and vibrantly.
Continuous learning is the key to success.
I was fortunate enough to get educated in a Medium English school. My siblings and I are the first generation of our family to be graduated. My other siblings did their schooling from Hindi medium, while I being the youngest and with quite an age difference got the opportunity to avail the luxury of English medium education. While nowadays the trend of home tuition is in, I had to undergo until high school without any home tutor. My school though English medium wasn’t any premier school and hence the practice and cultures and guidance at school were not very English apart from textbooks. I never had detailed grammar sessions at school, and my English took a considerable toll. Until the 1st year of my college, I was struggling to get command over the language, but then due to father’s ill health, I had to take start giving home tuition to students to fund my education. I had to teach my students in English, and the whole task was challenging for me. Tutoring was two-way learning for me. I was teaching one subject and was learning English myself. Slowly I developed my skills and jumped into creative writing. I started writing poems, got nominated for "Author of the Year" at StoryMirror platforms, and became a prolific writer and avid reader. From a struggling boy in English to a poet, the journey was long and challenging. But ultimately the triumph matters and the immense learning from it. Aditya Birla Group also teaches us that we continuously need to upgrade ourselves and learn the unlearnt things to stay at the top.

I am a highly enthusiastic person and always ready for new challenges. For me, agility is the prime concern. Having a technical background in the field of mechanical engineering from NIT Agartala, I worked for Tata Motors for 46 months. There I was involved in the area of Operation and planning and this was the remarkable experience for me. Currently, I am pursuing MBA in HR from IIM Ranchi. My area of interest is not limited actually it's a little bit wider I have an interest in consulting, Analytics, Performance management, Industrial relation and more on the list. Traveling is the thing which is inseparable to me. This is my super hobby. Interacting with the new person and making networking, I do like.so, in short, I am an Icebreaker.
Amazingly crafted
