Mr. Dias then proceeded to explain the pivotal role that conversations with the customer play in realizing the sales. He emphasized the need for salespersons to be fearless, persistent, prepared to engage the customers thoroughly enough and to close the conversation on an optimistic note. He concluded the session by demystifying addiction and how to properly read the cues causing it to take the required preventive actions.
A Q&A session followed, where the students posed questions based on a wide array of subjects to which Mr. Dias responded with much wit and wisdom.
