Brilliantly written! I have faced the very same feelings as you have had! But the whole experience is enriching at the end of the day! :)

'Grades don't matter'!! (Like Really??) Let's not lie to anyone. 99/100 companies base their shortlists on marks that too going back to class 10th and still people 'mislead' by opening with this remark. Only people I have seen dishing out such remarks are those who have already achieved a lot in their professional life. Because, it's all too easy in hindsight.

This is an article which most of B-school students can connect to. The fact that there is a glass door and not each one of us can get the password is an absolute reality. ..:) Very well written article

I am a dedicated student at the task I attempt. I put in sincere efforts to do justice with whatever I do. I am pursuing the job as a Business Development Associate which is my first job(It's been 4 months since I joined). I want to do MBA because it will open the horizon of golden opportunities to my carrier. It will enable me to work, learn and earn more with the biggest organizations and ace people. I will be completing my last semester of B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering within 1 month. Will definitely try hard to fulfill my dreams.

Being an MBA aspirant myself, who had just entered the corporate world, I could very well relate to the article! Hope I get my password to the glass door soon!
