Job Description:
You will be in the midst of all the important on-going and future projects. While everyday in the life of a Community Manager is different, you will be required to do -
1. Social Media Marketing - Create content to grow and engage the relevant audience. Analyse what works, what doesn’t, and strategise a presence for all online and offline properties.
2. Public Relations & Outreach - Managing requests, on-boarding b-schools, clients, students, and maximising reach of the platform through different networks.
3. Events and Event Planning - Organising and Planning small workshops and big events for the community.
4. Content Creation & Marketing Strategy - Writing content - blogs, articles, communication messages, etc for social media channels and Marketing plans and communications around different content properties.
5. Build Stronger Community Networks and Chains - Create engaging content and competitions that on-board new users and engage the existing users on the platform.
Skills Required -
This role involves ideation, creation, as well as outreach. It is suited to someone who has an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and an ardent user of social media. A genuine interest in helping people to make informed career and life decisions. Openness to work across different verticals and in teams. Ability to solve problems independently, to work on multiple projects at once, ability to work in an unstructured environment if need be. Someone who understands the role of data in the creation of content and communication.
2. Storyteller
If you are interested in creating engaging & entertaining content for digital media, while adding value to a user's career, this position is for you! We are a small, fast-paced start-up. We already have a strong content creation team, headed by someone highly experienced in the media industry.
You will be part of the content creation and curation team for InsideIIM.com and Kampus Konversations App. Our websites and social media channels reach more than 2 lakh users per month. We create content in various formats - Text articles, videos, animated videos, comics, quizzes, games, memes, and other social media content.
You will not only learn to create content but also work on the best ways to deliver this content digitally to our young user base.

Skills required:
1. Strong English writing skills
2. Being well-versed with multiple social media platforms
3. Creativity
4. Proficiency in shooting with a camera or speaking in front of a camera is a plus

Job Description:
1. Prospecting, Researching & Calling. B2B Lead Generation, B2B Client Management. Lead generation using various methods such as cold calling/online research/e-mailing, etc. Following up on leads identifying new opportunities.
2. Responsible to map clients and generate leads, making proposals, attending meetings for business for all properties on Web & App Platform
3. Maintaining relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
