From Shy To Talkative - Drashty Mehta, IIM Visakhapatnam

It was since that day, I was sure that this is a practice that I am going to follow in my life and so I did. It was something that changed my life. It was my journey from being a shy girl who was all by herself to the girl that talked to everyone in college. To some it might not seem a great challenge but for me it was the greatest challenge I faced because I did not have to face anyone else but face myself, change myself.

Why ABG is big in my life ?

House, food and clothes are the basic necessities in everyone's life and tyres, networks and banks are what makes life easier. To ease our lives and make it worth living, Aditya Birla Group of Industries are there. They are present in every type of industry striving to make our lives better. The houses that we live in have the strength of Ultra Tech cement. The range of clothing brands they have provide varied clothes for different cultures, religion and age. The Forever 21 clothes are stylish and chick making all the girls go gaga over them to the classic, well fitting Van Heusen suits and formals.

The idea network has made my life so much easier. I did not realize its importance until I got an admission at IIM Visakhapatnam where I am staying away from my parents for the first time. It helps me connect to them, video call them, talk to them with so much clarity. Aditya Birla Group of industries has been a part of my childhood from their Freshwrapp wrapped in my lunch box to now wearing their properly fitted formals and giving a presentation in the class.

My respect for them grew even more when I recently found that they recycle 65 billion cans every year. They provide a huge amount of money for the betterment of the country and the people. Their CSR activities are worth of being proud of.

A company with such a diverse profile making a difference in my life since childhood is something I will be loyal to for my entire life.
