Piyusha Yardi:
Piyusha Yardi holds a masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of
Mumbai. She has been working in the area of mental health, psychosocial well-being using technology-assisted services. She has provided counseling and psychotherapeutic services over technology-assisted modalities such as calls, e-mails, and chats. She has worked with a diverse range of issues such as mental health, work, academics, self-image, relationships as well as concerns related to gender and sexuality. Apart from offering counseling services, she has also been actively involved in building capacities and offering supervision to counselors working over technology-assisted modalities. Since 2020, Ms. Piyusha has been working in the capacity of a Programme Officer at iCALL. Her primary role involves managing day-to-day operations of the services, assisting in strategizing, implementation as well as managing partnerships at iCALL. Apart from this, she has also been involved in delivering various training and capacity-building initiatives across the country.
Prerna Yadav :
Prerna Yadav holds a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from TISS. She has counseling experience of over five years and has worked with people from diverse socio-cultural backgrounds, addressing issues related to academics, career, interpersonal relationships, suicidal ideation, gender and sexuality, and gender-based violence. She has been working with iCALL Psychosocial Helpline, a Field Action Project of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai since 2016. She has been a part of projects run by State Governments, NGOs, and educational institutions that offer counseling, training/capacity building, research, awareness, and sensitization of issues related to mental health and well-being.
