You should not forget to mention the toxic culture many placement committees are creating across B-Schools. While reaping its own benefits there have been so many cases of PCs ruining the lives of their batchmates and getting the power too much into their head !!!!

The Placement should entirely be run by a Non-Student body. What is covered in the video does not seem to make sense at all, why at the 1st place you are allowing / bringing a student body into picture, definitely there would be biases / corruptions coming into picture. <You definitely don't wanna Terrorist Judge doing the trial of Mumbai 26/11 Terror> Kindly think before making such content and not spread the corrupt and toxic culture into the B-school society.

"When the rest of the batch are partying, placecommers are slogging". This is not at all true. Placecommers are also partying, albeit secretly. They do not want the batch to know about their parties
