Many of the products of the Aditya Birla Group such as copper, carbon, aluminium have been used as the raw materials in the bridges, in the tyres of our cars, in our phones is a testament to the fact that Aditya Birla Group is everywhere, and this is true for the 34 countries in which Aditya Birla Group is present is truly something that is the reward of the hard work of its employees from 42 different nationalities. I never knew that a single conglomerate has the power to make such an impact.
How have I made an impact?
I have always been a big fan of Cristiano Ronaldo. Why? Just because of his hard work, dedication and work ethic. We have often seen people go crazy over money and forget how they got that money in the first place, and they need to keep improving.
I have tried to imbibe these qualities in myself so that I always keep working, keep learning and keep improving. No matter how high I am on the career ladder, my feet should always be on the ground and my craving to learn should never end. I also try to make sure that this learning process is happening for the people around me as well, which means that whatever I learn, I teach as well. This might sound very simple and basic, but trust me simple things can also be very impactful. Going ahead with the same principles in life I think that I will be able to make difference in the lives of people which is what Aditya Birla Group has been doing since its foundation.
