All of this is true. InsideIIM, for the first time ever, is launching an InsideIIM Aspirant Relation Team (iART program). The iART program aims to give an opportunity to MBA aspirants to make a difference, guide, mentor, network, and learn with other aspirants.
Every year, InsideIIM has campus ambassadors at different b-schools (Student Team Members) who work very hard to engage different communities and different sets of users. The student team members help to keep the content relevant and engaging to our users. As a part of iART, you will be expected to do the same: To create content that is not only relevant but is also of high-quality.

Who should apply?
- Anyone who is appearing for CAT or any other entrance exams in 2018 (2019 for XAT)
- The candidate should have a knack for writing. It is one of the toughest jobs to write what you want to convey and to articulate your ideas in words. We are open to hardworking and enthusiastic individuals as well; those who may not be good at either but still contribute by virtue of sheer willpower.
- An Active Member of any Social Media Channel. Someone who is well-networked and has a high social media quotient.
- Loves writing and helping others who may or may not be in the same boat.
- Someone who has opinions about many things but uses facts, data and logic to form them.
Tenure of the iART Program - 5th April 2018 to 31st October 2018 (7 Month LIVE project)

Step 3 – Login to the InsideIIM website and write a story (more than 500 words) – Click on Write A Story option.
Write a story that your fellow MBA aspirants are most likely to read. Does your story solve a problem that they/you have? Is it value-adding? Are you entertaining them? Your story needs to answer ‘Yes’ to one of the above three questions.
Also, an important part of the process includes for you to share your published article on various social media platforms. Since the core role includes digital marketing and networking, this will be an essential criterion to evaluate you on.

Selection Process Timelines -
Finish Step 1, 2 and 3 between 21st March and 31st March 2018.

This is story of a guy who e completed his graduation in hindi medium and he is not good with vocabulary as well as long giant paragraph. Hi this is here it begins when I was passed from 10+2 with science stream. I haven't idea what should I do that time.I was quite confused, but I filled a form of University of Delhi to get good college, where I could do graduation but I failed to get. because with 80% there was no good college available.so I decided to take a admission in simple degree college which is in my hometown. That was big mistake of my life. but I took a admission in bsc maths. during bsc I was confusing what should I next, because there was no chances after bsc to get good job. so I decided to do MCA (masters of computer applications) as soon as I came in final year so I started my preparation from July , for MCA entrance exam which held on March in next year. But November came and I was suddenly frustrated, irritated and thinking this is what , which I want to do really in my life.after one month I decided to do MBA not MCA but on that time cat exam gone, so I decided to take a admission in Decent college but after completion of my bsc maths. I thought if am do MBA from decent college it would not be good for me in future because in India job scenario is not good.then I decided to prepare for cat and I started my preparation for cat. D day came and I took cat and I was waiting for a result. Finally the day came and I got quite bad percentile in cat 2017 now I am thinking what should I do,because I already have a one year gap with no work experience. but I decided to go for a decent job and start preparation to press the bell again. I am very enthusiastic with my work but I was lost my focus in graduation. sometimes I am thinking ,To do anything we are never late. Age is only a number which cannot decide our quality. To get good b school we need to put more and more efforts in my case it is difficult for me. how and when I will get good b school. but I am happy because now I am not confused I got my path where I want to go. Because leadership comes from practical not from theoritical knowledge. Some persons says MBA is waste of money or waste of time and also says MBA degree holder preparing for govt jobs or doing silly jobs. So I want to say to them MBA is a degree, not a competition exam,which provides every college or University in India more then 50000 college or University provides MBA degree. But if you want to do MBA by heart or your interest so we should go for good b -school. Leadership is my passion and I like to make plans and strategies I don't know how and when, pros and cons comes But they can't prevent me to jump in the good college. I believe life is journey.obstacles comes in every step of your life we should know how to manage or tackle so management is not comes from only degree it also comes from daily life experiences.
