NO- Giving UP!
Aditya Birla Group being the third largest conglomerate of India was founded in 1850s, with first products in textile industries. They have consistently developed themselves in other industry sectors which is now became the pillar of this group.
What I can relate to the success and struggles of ABGL to my life is, to never lose hope what you do and second developing ourselves best with limited resources available to you. During my college days we took part in a national gokart racing championship, where we have to fabricate the gokart ourselves. With a need of good investment to fabricate a gokart we needed a large team to develop that in more innovative manner and no economic burden to some only.
There were times team broke in the middle of its development, but rather loosing on hope we again made team and also found sponsors from the city which was first of its kind in the college. With minimum institution support we were able to land our gokart in the national racing event and stood under 10 from a total of 125 teams. I believe ABG came upto this position fighting with limited resources and made an impact here.
Consistence, belief and hope in ourselves made us to achieve best innovators position in ISCA Haridwar chapter in our gokart project. Also we learnt to work in innovative manner despite the lack of resources at our hand. I can say there were a lot of “giving up” moments in the journey, but a good team with enough dedication to do something new can be related to ABG development journey.
.
Currently, what touched me most that ABGL is working in developing the rural world of India in a very sustainable way. With the help of its CSR activities they have planned to create 300 model villages, concentrating on education, health, and employment with sustainable ways in developing it.
Though there are competition here to ABGL, but it had made astounding impression in their customer’s eyes, and yes that includes me.
