For the Human resource specialization, the highest package offered was 35.50 LPA, while for Sales & Marketing and Finance, the top package was at 32.00 LPA and 20.50 LPA, respectively. The top 10% of HR, Marketing, and finance students were offered an average CTC of 32.00 LPA, 30.1 LPA, and 20.25 LPA respectively.
The two niche courses offered by SCMHRD also mirrored the success of the MBA batch. The average package offered for the MBA-Business Analytics course was 17.3 LPA, whereas the median stood at 16.95 LPA. The highest offer made this year was 32.00 LPA. The top 10% of the batch received offers averaging 24.78 LPA. IT/ITES sector constituted 29% of the companies that visited, followed by consulting (16%) and BFSI and Manufacturing industries at 10% each. The average CTC has risen by 9.49% compared to the previous year's average figures.
The MBA in Infrastructure Development and Management banked an all-time high in this year's placement. The highest offer made was 26.50 LPA, while the average and median CTC stood at 14.31 LPA and 14.00 LPA, respectively. The average of the top 10% of the batch stood at 21.67 LPA. There was a significant increase from last year's average and median figures, with the rise being 14.48% and 18.64%, respectively. Companies from IT/ITES constituted 46% of the total companies visited this year. .
This year brought around a plethora of stellar opportunities for the students of SCMHRD. It stands as a testimony to the students’ hard work, tenacity, and grit. A dash of experiential learning, various corporate engagements in the form of panel discussions, guest lectures, and active participation in elite case competitions have also added to the winning formula.
