The values of ABG go in line with my methodology of overcoming a challenge in life. Perseverance is what drives me and I see clear traits of the same in the business of Aditya Birla Group. Despite the difficulties and hurdles on the way, I’ve helped myself strong to overcome these challenges and keep moving ahead in life. Persistency and commitment I believe are two major aspects of picking myself up and to learn why I have failed. Learning from the challenges in my life till date and move ahead in a positive direction is another major challenge. This is easy said and difficult done. It takes a strong heart full of perseverance to not let the challenges hinder with the main goal. The process is to say yes, I can. Self-motivation to reach a certain goal or take a step ahead. Developing a mindset with the above traits has helped me get over the small and big challenges to date. With every challenge, I’m learning. This learning process is imbibed in the business of Aditya Birla Group which makes this multinational company feel like ours. The customers relate to the company due to the values and traits shown in the products and services. There are many hurdles coming on our way however, being perseverant will always get you through.
