It was fabulous
How has your interaction with the team members and colleagues been like? How will you make sure to leave the best impression on your supervisors by the end of the internship?
I have shared and sharing a very good bond with my batchmates and colleagues and the best way to leave an impression is the quality of work that I will do at the end of the internship. Quality is something that I try not to compromise with and same I try to implement on my work and skills
Tell us in brief, about the project you are currently working on and how is this project going to help the company?
Parliament of India: Currently working for the Parliament of India (Lok Sabha Secretariat) handling multiple ongoing projects simultaneously including researching and helping Govt. for technological implementation and creating MIS for Central Vista Project and enforcing the scope and development of cybersecurity in the Parliament premises, 40% of suggestions have been successfully implemented.
Also working on a project on finding out the operational challenges of catering and canteen service inside the secretariat and create new and practical solutions by heading and leading a team of researchers, 80% of recommendations accepted and implemented after 1st interim report.
Also responsible for content, Design, and blog creation for official Social Media accounts of Secretariat

Are You The Best Summer Intern Of The Class Of 2022? Share Your Own Internship Experience.
Give us an overview of how you prepared for your summer placement season.
I kept upskilled myself, Soft skills are very important and should be practiced on daily basis. I tried to make myself aware about new things coming into the market.
Based on your internship experience till now, what are some necessary skill sets one must be prepared with before starting an internship?
One should be able to work in a team (Very Important)
Be curious, try to learn, and ask questions.
Keep learning new skills.
Take initiative.
Point to be remembered "Skills and academics can help you in an interview but your practical approach will sustain you and you will be able to outshine others"
What are some new skills that you have developed while working in the company?
Research ability, Market study, Operations, Team handling, Communication.
What are some of the challenges that you have faced in your internship and how have you overcome them?
I am working with a team of 4 where everyone belongs to a different continent and in a different time zone, It was quite difficult to coordinate properly due to the timings but we have overcome it and worked with proper planning. We are working on a product where our task is to launch it in the market before August. Now with proper coordination, we are working great.
Tell us about a situation where you were complemented by your Manager for your work.
I made very extensive research to improvise the operations of the Catering service in Parliament of India and I made few recommendations for improvement and all of them got implemented.
I got appreciation and recommendations from the Hon'ble Secretary-General of Loksabha and the Joint secretary of Lok sabha.
What have been your major learnings during the internship?

Tell us about your final presentation of the project to your manager in brief. What was the toughest question asked during the presentation and how did you answer it?
I made the presentation on operational issues of canteen service in parliament and their possible solutions and I was asked this question by Hon'ble Speaker of Lok Sabha Shri Om Birla that "Do you think you can propose better solutions than the IAS officers sitting here with more than 25 years of experience and will you be able to convince us to implement the solutions?"
I replied, "I am not sure about proposing a better solution but I am sure that I can propose a unique solution by utilizing the experience of all the stakeholders sitting here, I am confident about that."
Fortunately, after my first interim report, 90% of my recommendations have been implemented already.
Some advice that you would like to give to your juniors based on your internship experience.
Just have faith in your skills and Be confident, Keep learning and Do not be critical every time. As long as you are confident and you are willing to contribute as a team member, You can achieve any goal.
What was one of the best moments according to you during your internship?
1) Giving a presentation in front of Hon'ble Lok Sabha speaker.
2) Getting recommendation from Secretary General of Lok Sabha for exemplary work.
3) Becoming the Team Lead
4) Proposing the ideas which actually got implemented.
