How I Overcame my Challenges?
One of the thing that I can associate myself with Aditya Birla Group is the way they align itself with changing the business landscape and with competitive pressures increasing across every business. I always had the belief that the quest for knowledge should not stop at any point in time in our career. When I entered into my professional career I was put into cross-domain teams where I do not have any domain knowledge and I started thinking I am not fit for this. But as time goes on, when I see some of my other peers, the way they take up the challenges and put in every ounce of effort to learn those things impacted me a lot. I started taking every new thing that came up in my way as a challenge and gives all my efforts to achieve those goals. Now when something new problem comes up I don’t look at it as a burden to me, rather as a lesson from which I can learn and hone my skill set. I always see myself as a learning individual thinking afresh across levels, learning and growing in the organisation that is constantly creating values for me and the company. In a highly competitive world, high-performing teams and individuals, supported by a strong performance culture, are the cornerstones of all that I seek to achieve.
