How To Crack The DI-LR Section In CAT 2020 | Ft. Shivangi, 99.8 Percentile In DI-LR

Comments

Shashank Kumar

An individual with a clear goal clarity and focused towards his career and has immense potential. I want to gain expertise in Finance and a sincere CAT aspirant. Currently pursuing BBA from IMS Ghaziabad. With the time I have developed certain soft skills which are prerequisites in Management field.

Thanks for sharing the valuable tips and strategies for the DILR. As you mentioned we should decide which one to attempt first and later. Could you please throw some light on your way to do this as I often lose my time attempting those question which should have been attempted later.

Hi..I am happy that you realised your mistakes which you did while attempting this section because analysing is very important. As you asked you should focus on your areas where you are strong and your weak areas in LRDI. As for me in CAT 2018 I first attempted sitting arrangement based puzzle which hardly took 5 min to solve which will increased my confidence too. Then I attempted one DI based question because that also was of just simple calculation based..you will have to first prioritise questions based on their difficulty level and your interest in them. As I attempted vein diagram question at last as I was least confident in those type of questions since the start of my preparation. Also try to take career launcher mocks as they have best LRDI section in them. They have high standard questions which will help you to not lose confidence in CAT if that section is tough. You have ample amount of time to prepare this year.. Try to make the best use of it. All the best ...
