This business deserve this. Indian TV Broadcasting business is a cartel of thieves. Their attitude is not customer-centric but Profit-Centric. These thieves wanna adopt Dual Model in India. They are already following Dual Model. At one place channels are paid (Subscription) and at the other end we have to watch those useless advertisements. This is nothing but robbing off the common man. In simple words its a malpractice. Any business which do not follow ethics does not sustain for long time.

Sanjana I agree with you that most companies under the guise of customer centricity profiteer. Also business which do not follow ethics may nor survive in the long run. The new age organisation are embracing a new business model for doing business - conscious capitalism. Do read my post tomorrow where I talk about this concept. You would find it interesting.
