Even though the campus is still under construction, there is a sense of completion within the campus. The beautiful mountains surrounding the campus makes sunrise and sunsets extremely pleasant to watch.

All the activities run in the college are student-driven( responsibilities divided among various clubs), which shows the faith the college has in the decision making of the students. The club activities are taken seriously and the students take the burden of the responsibility wholeheartedly. Even though each and every club is unique in its own way, their end objective converges to concentrate on making the life of a student in the campus full of experiences and share knowledge and create exposure for the students in the batch to develop and nurture themselves. This whole culture helps students get exposed to the continuous decision making, preparing them for what they are likely to experience as soon as they get out of college. Students are involved in conducting national level events and summits with sheer dedication. Several sleepless nights worth of efforts go in for conducting events of this magnitude successfully.

Transparency being one of the core values of the college, the college believes in an open system wherein there is a sense of togetherness among the students, faculty, and administration. One example of such a system can be seen in the mess, where the faculties and the students have their food together, sharing their interesting ideas and unique experiences.

On the whole, life in IIM Udaipur cannot merely be explained in words. It must be experienced in order to understand the kind of motivation and satisfaction it provides the students.

I would love to pursue a career in Aditya Birla Capital Limited. From the beginning of my tenure in IIM Udaipur, I have developed a keen interest in the field of finance, making me wish for a career which is affiliated to this field of management. Being one of the top NBFCs in the country, ABCL would provide me the right platform to nurture my knowledge in finance. Having a huge presence in a gamut of roles in this field, ABCL is the go-to place for understanding the different nuances and intricacies across different segments. The company encourages the employees to strive for excellence, which is utmost necessary for budding future leaders.
