I belong to a small village in Bihar which is at border of Nepal. When I was kid, I had to cross a river to reach school and there was an over bridge made of wood. During Rainy season, Flood washed off the bridge and we had to miss school. Later it was built in 1999 (I was in 2nd class). I can remember the Brand of cement used. It was ULTRATECH. Till that day, Aditya Birla group has become an integral part of my life. As I grew up, I used to carry lunch wrapped in freshwrapp aluminium foil, a product by Hindalco industries of ABG to company. Now as I walk down the streets of Rohtak I can see pantaloons, Trend In and others brand showrooms and then I look at my wardrobe collection and found a strong relationship with these brands and roads. It is amazing to see how these brands and roads have contributed to Indian economy. They have impacted every aspects of our life either it is social or cultural. They have played a vital part in the nation building. Whenever my parents drive and go for outing, I can be sure the Birla carbon present in the tires will give them a better and safer ride. I got my first birthday gift a Motorola Mobile phone and first SIM I got was from IDEA as it had good network in Malai Pakadi area, Kankadbagh, Patna. I was delighted to call my friends. The reason behind this happiness was ABG Idea. Those moments I can never forgot. Those Idea ads used to fascinate me “You’re my pumpkin pumpkin, hello honey bunny”? or “What an Idea Sirjee”. This easily shows how ABG has been big in my life, by adding moments of joy through its products and services. They have been imparting a great value to our life. They are everywhere from carbon to waves, from cloths to cement. There are making life of people better and building a great nation in its own way. Hope they will keep making difference in our life.
