Sheetal Shahu is pursuing MBA from IIM Udaipur and have done B.Tech in Chemical Engineering. She worked in R&D department with Economic Explosives Limited, Nagpur for one year. Her job responsibility included TOT absorption, planning and supervising the production batches, executing pilot scale batches for product development, presenting results and development of projects to the Sr. Manager and clients, Quality assurance Plan (QAP) and Quality Conformation Certificate (QCC) documents, going on duty for witnessing trials, communicating and coordinating with various building heads for production, packing, inspection and dispatch. Beside this she was sub-zone leader for 5S (a Japanese concept of workplace organisation) and also a team member for 5S awareness program In the short term, She wish to lean on her approachable, friendly and empathetic personality and execute responsibilities like coordinating training and development and maintaining employee relations. In the long term,she wish to see herself as a member of the top management who drives the organization by aligning the human resources function with the overall business strategy. She enjoys dancing and painting.
