It is just a fickle fad. I am second year MBA student, my achievements, PR, ECA are good enough to justify management inclination. Though I have proven facts about my skills in management, Indian companies are not ready even to go through resume, before hand they apply criteria for shortlisting which is favourable to one academic background. So reality is different than what global practices are. Diversity actually help any company to expand its thinking boundaries. Indian recruiters are still in the cocoon
